Microsoft has updated its Licensing Sales Specialist (MLSS) and Microsoft Licensing Sales Expert (MLSE) exams. They are now more focused on the products that you sell, the buying options open to your customers, and giving answers to frequently asked questions. Not only will these new qualifications help you to do your job better, they provide an excellent foundation for the industry-recognised qualification, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). You can become MCP accredited in Licence Delivery, Software Asset Management, or of course both.
